Thought that I would post this thread to arose some support for two of our young up n coming Pinball players from the U.K. who are attending this event. Jack Burden @NewForestPinballJr and Joshua Iles. Along with there chaperone Martin @cyberkryten
Having spoken to them I know that they would appreciate the support of the Pinball community as a fair bit of their pocket money will be going towards the trip and it’s their first major tournament. Knowing we are all cheering them on (Martin included) will give them a great confidence boost. Think JDL Pinball will be streaming the events on twitter. For more information see below...

Swapped out Josh's two machines last night, to give him some variety practicing.

Hopefully Jack and Josh will be on top form

I'm doing the other comps, will be, um, interesting given the entry list!

Ha - in 1990/1991 I worked at Sandoz in Basel on a placement year. Hadn't got into pinball at that time, but did come back with a future wife (still have her).
Good memories from that part of the world.

Josh has on a bye. Jack is playing Luca Fredella in a best of seven after losing a 3-way bye playoff…..
EDIT: Jack out lost 3-4 last game was wh2o. Jack hit 3 jackpots that didn’t register. But TD overruled it!(?)
