What can say the Kings new clothes has arrived or is it the Kongs new Clothes. Anyhoo Need room blah blah blah same old.

Been in pinball far too long and in the decades of hunting a nice one down this is what I ended up with. (shout out to @jonathan for the heads up)
It had been in the hands of the same owner in HUO for as long as his Son-in-law could remember and was one of the 1st pins he ever owned. Sadly the guy passed away and I became the new custodian.

Albeit the pin played nice it screamed for a much needed full shop as it was looking quite tired, however what stood out for me was the stunning PF and the fact it had no broken plastics or ramps so to me it was a hidden treasure. To give context up until this example I had found 2 others over the years that looked as if they sat in the corner of a forgotten arcade hammered to death! One was £3.5k and the other £4k and only a replacement PF would bring those back to life. So before I get the trolls knocking on my thread or the price police with nothing better to do find me a nicer original example at this price. I paid £3k for this before any work was carried out so the price reflects what I have in it upto now.
Please Note! - the PF is fully mylared much like my DrDude and BK2k. My opinion on these old pins is to leave them alone otherwise you can open a can of worms and kill its beauty. been there Done that never again.

Work done so far.
Playfield fully stripped cleaned and metals thoroughly cleaned
Rebuilt all the mechs inc the nasty gunked up drops, pops, Boogie men and Coffins.
Full Comet daylight LEDs fitted which are my fav compromise and not as harsh as cold whites inc the backbox
Powder Coated armour inc legs, Door frame, Lockdown bar and reciever
New Leg levelers, Bolts and washers.
Felt pads to stop any further Crinkling of cab.

At this point RL issues inc a hiatus from Pinfo had my pin mojo deflated so it was passed on to good friend to finish and what an incredible job he has done. You know who you are and your work is magical m8 🙏

The pictures don't give justice as it’s a stunning example in the flesh and probs one of the best original examples out there so anyone welcome to come view and play before pay. Copious amounts of Tea, Coffee, Beer and Munchies provided along with as much pinball as you would like to play.

The Good
Lots of stuff

The Bad
Cab has usual wrinkles and slight damage on the back which I originally intended to re-decal but after it arrived back here decided I can live with it easily in a lineup. I am sure I saw some on here for £75 not that long ago if it did bother you or get the likes of @Ant-H to do a Super Cab and it would be stunning.
Some scratches on translite glass around Elvira’s Boobs but cant be seen when lit up. This could easily be replaced if it bothered you.
Couple slight marks on translite but doesn't detract from one of the best Art on a backglass of this era.

To do
I have coffin decals to fit later tonight and was considering putting mirror blades on it but now its going wont bother.

Always happy to chat via mobile just DM for my number or if you have already bell me.
