Anyone know if you can get one for sega (Baywatch) in uk or cheapest way to get from the states?
You have to order direct from ColorDMD. I contacted them and priced it up. Looking around 400 iirc

you are very likely to get hit for import duty on that but in my view the best upgrade for Baywatch. here is my video from TPF from earlier this year:
