Carpet

I might be biased here but I don't think this is over. Especially if we want to go all DIY SOS.
I have the largest radiator I have ever seen and some blind idiot painted it pink, the same colour as the walls and to match the ceiling. But left a blue carpet. Except for where it is red.

I am holding back on the real eye hunter carpet until it is basking in sun light tomorrow.

I think we need to take this to the next level. Show us a video. ;)
I am not going to include the damp patches as that is negligence. I what this to focus on the conscious decisions people made to choice decor that makes your eyes cry.

WTF is that, wallpaper in the door panels? Innovative!

This, my friends, is "woodland scene" wallpaper, complete with a lake and rowing boat, that was uncovered (like a rare archaeological find) whilst stripping wood chip off of the walls in a previous house. I defy anyone to get even close to beating this.

That's back in fashion now JT!!

And Ron. Don't tell ya missus I've asked to see her carpet!!

Yes, that is pink wallpaper placed into the door panels. It was also in the staircase recesses but I picked at that whilst on the phone to Paul a few weeks back. Most doors are two faced, panels on one side with paper and solid wood on the other with ornate carving. I think they are called Beauty and the Beast doors.

I find that wood land scene really opens up the room, it would easy to imagine the wall was not even there.
