Can Anyone access the www.pinballdisplays.co.uk website?

Tried using on 3 devices and no luck, all get the same messages

Ipad: Safari
Android Phone: Chrome
Windows 10 PC: Chrome and Firefox

It's because the site has an AAAA record and it's resolving to a holding page from what I can see.

Android phone on 4G is OK.
Probably IPV4 so looking at the A record. AAAA record is the IPV6 address of the site and that's pointing to the holding page. Site owner needs to update the AAAA record or remove it

Still works fine for me!
I wish I could be so lucky ,,🙂
Have tried over the course of the day a Motorola phone a Samsung phone a one to one phone a computer a I phone 7 and two iPads and still no joy , but with that link above I can now make contact !

Doesn't work on my BT network, works when I go over three mobile, whatever device.

Turned off IPV6 on windows and works on BT network now.

To try the same on Windows 10 - go to
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections
Then properties to untick IPV6

Home network is BT but mobile phones are EE which are now technically BT . Anyway a quick Google and it's tells you Not to turn the Ipv6 off , so I will not be doing that !

Yeah don't turn off ipv6 on your router you will crash the whole internet.

Joking aside you can disable it.

Sky and BT are the only two large providers that have rolled out V6 and we (BT/EE) are the only mobile network to have native V6 - it’s annoying when **** like this happens but the answer is not to turn off V6 as over the next year or so it’s going to become increasingly important; it also has a load of useful privacy and security features built in. Temporary workaround use a free IPV4 VPN service, but the site owner needs to fix its records.

I concur, but in the interim IPV6 can be disabled. Buy what you need from pinballdisplays.co.uk then turn it back on. I didn't think i actually had to spell it out to be fair.

Ive emailed sean and passed on the info about it working on ipv4 and not on ipv6. So hopefully he'll get onto his IT folk to sort it.

The days of IPv6 are finally coming! It only took 30 years 🤣

Like the bit where it inserts your permanently assigned MAC in the public address that everyone sees? Talk about privacy... 🙄

25 years and only if you are an idiot and haven't set it up properly!

I did sit in the ng plenery at IETF in 95 and told everyone it would be decades before it made any difference and more than 50 years before v4 went away - but the SWALGES were on fire that year. V4 will still be around for decades more.

Site looks like it has been fixed and is up and running 👍👍

But what I was thinking of buying is out of stock 🙁
