Now this is exciting!!! A proper humdinger of an event being held at PBR, 4 tournaments for £50 with all money being paid back in prize money with an A/B/C division so everyone is in with a chance!! Very very cool, count me in!

Sounds like a lot of fun!

If you are great - go to the playoffs!
If you are good - go to the playoffs!
If you aren't good - go to the playoffs!

Will be a fantastic tournament for players of all abilities... another great series of tournaments to look forward to!

Bump on this, spaces still available. If you had an excellent time at UKCS then come back for some more!

...and if you didn't qualify or weren't able to make it - try the British Masters on for size. A bargain price for around £50 for three days of top tier pinball action, 3 different tournaments and loads of prize money - with everyone qualifying for A, B or C level finals, which I don't think has ever been done before in the UK (at least in the last few years).

This one really is an event for all skill levels to enjoy.

Let's fill this one up and support Pinball Republic!

There are still some tickets available for this, with I believe almost 70 already confirmed players with potentially more to come/on the day. A reminder that as well as a classics comp, pingolf and a huge main event worth 250% it is rumoured that EVIL DEAD pinball will also be available to play. And there are prizes as well as A, B and C finals to ensure everyone has an opportunity for playoffs action/glory.

Still time to sign up and join the fun!

Start time says 9am but presume we can turn up any time as long as we complete the 10 games by 4.30pm?

Also, are other games (non classics) available to play for practice when not trying to qualify?

Thanks

Response from Neil:

[16/04/2025, 16:37:07] Neil McRae: Pingolf games will be available not all games and yes you can turn up any time you like
[16/04/2025, 16:38:02] Neil McRae: But
[16/04/2025, 16:38:14] Neil McRae: Lots of folks say they are coming in the afternoon
[16/04/2025, 16:38:29] Neil McRae: 66 players doing 15 games on a bank of 20
[16/04/2025, 16:38:43] Neil McRae: You do the math but i turn them off at 4:30

Big shout out to the organisers of yesterdays tournament - fab machines, brilliantly planned, well managed and a good time had by all (even though I got battered but I am used to that ;)) Great to see a pinball venue thriving. Gutted I can't make the rest of the comps as having to play happy families for Easter. A BIG thank-you for all those people who make it happen (especially those who let us play their machines) - and 2 more days of competition to go you lucky sods.

What an event!!! 3 full of days of competitive high level pinball. The organisers, founders, volunteers and all involved put on an amazing experience, and the hard work they all put in was much appreciated.
Lots of fantastic performances, too many to shout out, but huge congratulations to @NateG119 for winning the Classics, and also qualifying for the last 16 of the Main. A staggering performance by DPock, Dan Pocklington for taking 3rd place in the Main against very strong competition.
Diane Bush put in a superb run in the Main to make the A finals, and also take the top woman position, a brilliant achievement.
However I think the highlight for me was down to one game. And that was being drawn on the beautiful Evil Dead. My performance was dreadful, however Rhian Best absolutely stormed to victory scoring over 250m points and beating all the other three players combined scores. It was such a joy to see, control, accuracy, timing, and the Rhian seemed truly surprised at the end of it. A true pinball moment.
Now to try and recover after 3 days on my feet, trying to figure out what I was doing. Thank you all for being there and making it what it was, and thank you PBR!!
