first I'd heard of it!

i reckon there should be a vendors' forum for these discussions.

we all have our favourites, but cmon give the new guy a chance.

Phil at PH is cheaper & more established.

I don't normally comment on your trolling activities on this forum as I don't like to waste my time but that is completely uncalled for. I buy parts from Phil, Andy and Mel and all of them are good guys who provide a great service to the UK Pinball Community. Quite why you feel the need to post comments like that I don't know other than try and get a rise out of someone. Mel has stuff that Andy and Phil don't stock just like those guys have things Mel doesn't stock so we should be happy that all of them are doing what they're doing.

This forum exists to help and support the UK Pinball Community not be a place to wind people up with ******* comments so how about restricting yourself to posting stuff thats interesting and useful.

Thanks for the support guys , the site doesn't have a million products as I don't have a million quid spare , every penny is going back into stock so the site is growing and more products will be stocked at competitive prices as and when I can get them.

Just thought I'd make you aware of a situation that has recently happened to me on Ebay , I posted out an item using 1st class post and it apparently didn't arrive , I been accused of harassing the guy who bought the goods , and am being reported to Ebay.

Many will know him and it just goes to show what sort of a moron he is when he gave the game away when he used an old sign off of mine which I hadn't used in some time and then sent me his mobile number to me. Some people. Luckily for me it was only 2 blue rubbers , taught me a valuable lesson though everything will now go 1st or 2nd class recorded so that puts the price up for everyone.

Just a reminder Facebook might not be everyones cup of tea , all you have to do is like me and you'll get 5% discount on your next order. Can't say fairer than that. Also in the process of getting a new postal acount so prices for heavier items will be very competitive.

If Pinball Heaven is offering to under cut any UK dealer by 10% I've got some DMD displays currently on sale at £ 135 so grab yourself a bargin if the man is true to his word £ 121.50 is a great price.

Mate, I wouldn't bother putting your postage prices up for that clown. Most respectable folk accept that stuff gets lost by Royal Mail. As long as you obtain a receipt as proof of postage, you've got evidence you posted it.

Certainly offer the recorded post as an option. I guess it depends how much more expensive the recorded option is?

Just my opinion though.

Cheers

95 p on top of the normal postage cost, saves all the hassle and if there is a signature at then that is good enough for Paypal / Ebay

Why is he buying from you if he's such a huge PH fan? Sounds like he bought something just to give you a hard time...

Have to agree after the recent episode with Royal Mail, everything in the UK goes signed for from now on as they won't play ball if it gets lost, international is fine up to £46 or more if you go enhanced but the UK is out without a signature.
