Josh and Shep have been working on this for a while and just about every movement looks right to me, including me!

I suggested it to him over 5 years ago, and provided the data, justification and various options.

Similar to what I suggested, although Rating's aren't taken in to account, which I assume is due to the complexity in calculating due to ratings being time sensitive and change.

You can no longer 'buy your way in' by competing in more high ranking competitions* your weaker results now have an impact.

*You still need to be a real player to rise through the rankings.
