Thread edited as looks like fault is with Power Driver board after all..... Pinball Palace is out of stock so looking for a new replacement or good used original.

Will keep trying to diagnose and fix my existing one in the meantime....

Make sure you let Mr Tobin know that you are having to fork out yet again on the so called Mint collectors condition TOM he sold you.
You never know he might have a conscience and decide to send you one foc, yeh right.
