There are very few people as cool or as rock and roll as slash , he says WOZ is cool I know WOZ is cool and no one is gonna call slash gay, so screw all you WOZ haters .... That is all , and goodnight :)

Nah my days of buying NIB are over also after loosing 3k on predator my wounds are still open ... Would rather buy second hand now , unless someone makes a blues brothers , oasis , ready player one or Star Wars VII pin
 
How many WOZ's made it over to the UK? Do we think as many as 20-30? It seems a really low number but I can only think of Jon's, Julian's and Will's, the one in west London + I think someone said there was one sited somewhere else. Are there lots more out there in the UK than say BBH?

I've got absolutely no feel for how many machines are coming in. Would 30 make it a successful game in terms of UK sales compared to a Stern title such as Wrestlemania or Mustang? I'm assuming it sold a lot less over here than AC/DC (as these are easier to track down) but did it sell as well or better than Metallica?

Think I've only seen 2 up for sale second hand. I assuming there are a handful of very rich people who buy these things new but do they ever then sell them? I'd love to think I'm wrong and every title sells 100+ and maybe one day these will find their way to the 2nd hand market.

Anyway Will good luck in tracking another one down. I'm sure you'll find it sooner or later. Meanwhile maybe you could switch your sights to one of these bad boys... They come fully endorsed by Mr W Rose

Stern have GOT to be chasing Star Wars VII. I'd kill for a Blues Brothers pin too, just based on the original though.

I wonder what machines Slash has - surely a GnR. Just been playing it today and it's the best Data East hands down IMO.

Back on topic though... I've not seen WoZ much at all in the U.K. Just a terrible theme that's definitely more loved in America. Also too cluttered a pf - plays alright but I never hit that "hell yes" excitement threshold that you get when a pin is really rocking. The pretty LCD screen is overkill too, Heighway have the right approach by sticking it within view while you play.

I read slashes biography it's pretty crazy and there is some cool bits about pinball in it the guy has a love for the silver ball ...

Anyway unless you have owned a woz or had it in a home environment you can't comment , as it's a home game machine and would suck unless you can here it and really get stuck into the sheer depth and awesomeness of the thing, said it before but after having it in a line up with at the time was xmen LE , ACDC Prem it made them look ancient , cheap and totally outdated, and I for one was the biggest woz hater of them all, and I have no love at all for the movie ...

My missus has a pair of ruby coloured slippers she no longer wears, will get them in the post as an interim fix until your machine turns up :D
