I have taken this as far as I want to go and had my fun with it, it was never a keeper and now up for sale! Best described as players condition! Cab is fairly scuffed up but solid, legs need a refurb, pf glass has scratches, backglass was crazing allover! I have touched it in and sealed it, looks much better but could do with being replaced! Playfiled had wear at the 2 left pop bumpers I have also touched this in, not perfect but much better, some other areas of wear etc on playfield (please see pics) Having said that it polishes up great.
I have done a fair bit of work on this inc playfield strip clean polish new rubbers, new flipper bats, new flipper bushing, sleeves etc. and any other parts that needed replaced etc. Also loads of work to the boards
CPU remote battery holder, all sockets replaced, new static ram, new set of roms and the games roms combined to 1 eprom.
Driver board, new switch matrix PIA and other chips due to battery corosion
Sound board, new capacitors and header pins reflowed, new sound rom
Power board again new capacitors and header pins reflowed, also 2 protection fuses added to the bridge recitfiers AC feed.
New mains cord. probably lots of other bits done I have forgot!
Game is fully working and should be reliable going forward, it's been fine with me since all the work was done, so no faults at all, please study the pictures and ask any questions you might have? Looking for £875 for this one, pics to follow, located near Dundee Scotland
