Does anyone have the details of the uprated motor control PCB and uprated motor that drives the auger on this beast?
I am picking up one next month and will be looking to give it the LED treatment and fix the inevitable ball jamming problem that these suffer from.

TIA

The Motor on mine got the following treatment, running a stock motor control PCB:
1. Polished the corkscrew to reduce friction
2. Dismantled the gearbox cleaned everything to great rid of the ancient grease and then regreased it.
3. Found a match the the bearing and had a new one pressed in by a local garage.
4. Fitted active cooling system with two fans, one to draw cool air into the cab through the (unused in Hyperball) bottom speaker hole and another to direct the cool air onto the fan. Passive colling from the little fan on the bottom of the motor just isn't enough for a 12 hour session at a show.

The driver board will work with LEDs un-modded but some of the inserts are huge, my game has three in some of them.

If you need any pictures just shout!

... and if you come across a spare VWY plastic I need one as mine is broken!
