Where to Find - Xenon U9 Prom IC - Part no E-720-44

Looking for a replacement ic for my test xenon speech board. It is missing the small prom ic found at U9 part number E-720-44.

Anyone know where to get a replacement, or have the file and a way to program a new one, or have a spare board with the ic on it?? The chip appears to be a 74188, which i'm not that familiar with.

I need this prom for testing my xenon spec sound board remakes.

Interestingly none of the ROM sets I can see include this chip - you need to find a Xenon owner and get them to dump it.

I have a hex file for it now. Pin mame source came to the rescue. Hoping can find some nos ics somewhere

Bizarrely this prom is just an address decoder for the 7 speech roms, which could easily have been done with 74 logic.

They are tiny (only 32 bytes) so can't be complex, I guess the best thing to do is to knock up a logic replacement on matrix board and give it a test if you can work out the logic equations and try it.
