what do you do with your knackered old balls?

It’s the start of a new year and I made a note in my diary a year ago that it’s time to replace all balls in all my machines.

So, I have a big pile of used balls, anyone found a good use for them?

I've read some people tumble them and reuse

Alan, we the NLP sell them at all the shows we attend to people for a souvenir.
We mainly give the money to a charity. The charity at play Glasgow where the guys who put games consoles in hospitals for kids to play , they got over £60 off us for the used balls we sold.
Only if there is no charity then we get all the staff , crew and helpers a round of drinks in the evening.
If you do have any spare used balls then donating them to the NLP will be greatly received.
You can give them to me at one of the Northern league meets.

I like to leave them on the floor of my local arcade - just to really mess with the techs as they try to figure which machine it came from.

is this a big no-no or just frownedon forbeing a skin flint etc?

I always thought it would do the job and do a decent job, haven’t done it yet but have thrown a few balls in when tumbling something just to see the results
