Gottlieb introduced that design on their early solid state 'Rockwell' system games, and it was also fitted to the very last electro-mechanicals. AFAIK it was used until the System 3 game Bone Busters. That one has a Williams tungsten EoS switch bodged up to serve as a Fliptronic (Normally Open) type.
