Hope I don't regret this, but I'm thinking of selling my Uncanny X-Men pro. I've only had it for a few months, (bought new from Pinball Heaven in early December). Maybe I'm getting a bit jaded in my old age, but I'm just not gelling with it as much as I normally do with a new game, despite the fact that it's got a great, different, innov8ive playfield layout, but possibly also not helped by early code.
It's pretty much mint and has not been moved since being unboxed. There is a scratch on one of the clear plastics when I was trying to fit rubbers but on the case with Colywobbles to get a replacement made.
As ever with all my machines, I've added some extras to it as follows:
The manual plunge seems to work 95% of the time; the auto plunge around 50%. I've fitted two of the three fixes for this. The plastic towards the top of the playfield I removed because it seemed to make things worse rather than better but is included with the game.
Believe this is the first one to come up for sale second hand so taking a bit of a risk jumping ship before the new code.
