They look nos to me, still got the top plastic protection on them thats all

Large clear plastic at top is very yellowed.

The set I bought from PH a few years ago also looked like this. As mentioned above its just the protective stickers that you peel off that look yellow.

The set is NOS. None have been used.
They all still have their protective plastic on them, which causes the effect you are seeing in the pics.
This is most apparent round the drill holes where the protetective plastic lifts a little causing the white haloing effect round the holes.
