Hi

Pinfest coming up - yeeeeyeyeyeyey

Taking a truck load of pins - yeyeyeyyeyeyeyey

I normally take the heads of strap the bodies to the side of the lorry and fix the heads in a wooden case like assembly in the middle. Wondering if to try transporting them like normal pins. Unplug Jones plugs but strap them to the main main pin before toom stoning with some ratchet straps and some foam pipe lagging between the head and the body. Anyone transported them like that before, or is the neck that the head will be resting on too flimsy?

scrub my last message - I thought I had done it, but looking at old photos I didn't!
I'm pretty sure I've seen it done a few times without problems though

How you describe it with the drawing is how my 2 got delivered with the head strapped facing the machine and sat on the neck. They both got to me perfectly fine without any damage to the necks, hope this is helpful :)

It's how I'd transport them. If the neck is too flimsy then it shouldn't be holding a back box in the first place...

I've done this a load of times works fine for me even left the jones plugs in never had a problem with them
