Transformer rewind?

I need a tube transformer for a Strange science or somewhere i can get it rewound.It's definately b*ggered as it
only reads 1.1 oms across the single winding and blows the fuse. If anyone owns one could they measure the resistance across said coil for me please.Is there a replacement transformer or a alternate fix. Thanks Ken

What's the specs on it?

Manual info is "Transformer neon light 3000v 20ma.
The only writing is stamped on the trans coil assy MTOO-00152-A000 1108=8704
It has 2 feed wires going into the windings.To the right is a cream/yellow moulded unit with 2 red wires that go to ea end of the neon tube.
Not a lot of help methinks
