Some of you who know me, know I love my Stern Electronics...

After Pinburgh 2019 I fell in love with them and ever since been hurting down the big hitters...

13 months in the making my Quicksilver arrived from France today :)

During COVID I done out a hidden space in the basement in Tilt for my private collection, looks so so good now the space is filled up to capacity...

Now I'm hoping I can get the time to workshop them all and also get a little neon made up...

Looks great! I visited Tilt a couple of times with friends when we were in Brum for a lads' weekend away a couple of weeks ago, and though the others weren't pinheads, we all really enjoyed it, the tables were in excellent condition, and there were some great beers on offer (even GF stuff for the awkward squad (me)!)—well done!

Looks great Kirk. List of machines above to add.....

Nah... I don't buy for rarity, only ones I like...

I have two leads on Big Game...

I'd like @Big Phil Orbitor 1 for the collection... Deserves to be with his brothers and sisters...

Then I'll only other Stern Electronics that may pop up but I'll stop chasing them...

Currently looking to buy a house with a big enough garden to build a massive pinball house for around 30 machines

The Stern coin door wasn't often seen with three coin openings in Britain, it tended to be left and right*. Having the larger original 50 pence in the centre would've been more sensible, as Bally did.

* All but one of the seven u.k. spec games I owned were, with the exception of my Wild Fyre, which had centre and right. A Meteor I took care of for a while had all three, but it had been domestic production, with u.s. coin windows.

Who needs a house when you got a bar full of em 👍👍👍

Someone who will be closing Tilt by September 2025 lol

Edit - Closing Tilt is highly likely due to constant issues with trade since living crisis hit in May 2022... Lots of hospitality business are going under... Tilt is still profitable and pays my wages so I'm happy...

But what I'm not happy with is the constant staffing issues I've had since COVID, a lot of people moved out the hospitality sector leaving a massive gap in the employment pool... So its been a constant battle, generally resulting me pulling 90 hour weeks just to make sure we can open as advertised etc
