I ordered an item from Tilt Graphics in the US and a package arrived from them a week ago. They’d sent a totally different thing from what I ordered. Assumed it was a genuine error and dropped them an email. Sent it to both their support@tiltgraphicsinc.com and info@tiltgraphicsinc.com as I wasn’t sure which one to use. Re-sent the email on Friday morning. The purchase was $85.99 so not something i want to just write off. But, I don't want to go opening a payment dispute if they are a legit company and just off sick or on holiday or something so figured I’d ask here first to see if any of you have had any issues with them. If people here have used them and they’ve been fine then i’ll leave it another week.
Anyone had positive or negative experiences with them? Should i wait another week or just open a case against them now?
