Wanted theatre of magic trunk

Has anyone got a spare theatre of magic trunk they can sell me ? I ordered a trunk from America from pinball decals and they have now told me they are on a 4 week back order then shipping time to be allowed for

my kids are going to make my life a misery if i cant find a trunk soon

Phil used to sell them but I don't see them on his website. I expect he was fed up of people moaning about them only lasting 5 minutes.

A guy in germany used to sell a rubber trunk which lasted forever but I think he was shut down by planetary pinball.

Your TOM was mine before mike's. It came to me with a broken trunk and the previous owner hadn't long replaced it himself. I replaced it, not sure if mike did too. I tried using thick rubbery tape behind it ( mamoth tape ) but it didn't help. I believe @Dave Bishop was going to try something to prevent his breaking, might be worth asking him how he faired .

small world, it wasn't too bad when i got it
but now its fubar, ive removed it and seen the thick tape around the bottom edge , good idea !
i just need to find another

I bought a tin of P40 fibre glass repair kit as used to cover large holes on cars/vans before you use P38 filler.
Mix some up and rough up the inside of the trunk before you apply it around the lower third of the inside of the trunk.
If you put too much on then just use a file or rough emery to remove as necessary to fit over the trunk frame. Ken
