Wanted The Shadow Pinball LOST PLASTIC mod

As title, I am looking for The Shadow Pinball LOST PLASTIC mod.

It is a little piece of artwork made from a vinyl print applied to 2mm thick styrene. Sticks on the inside of the cabinet right at the back.

Anybody selling or know where one might be?
