At Dans suggestion i'm going to open a thread so we can hopefulyl keep track of which forum members are going to NLP and when.

So, to get things going.

I'm going - on the Saturday only though. A year ago i'd have probably been going soley for the retro video games but things have changed a bit. I fully expect to be loitering around the Pinballs for most of the day, secretly covetting them and dreaming about having more space so I could have one or two more at home.

Sorry, went a bit misty eyed there for a moment.

Anyway, who else is going and when? :-)

All weekender here too. Who's coming up from the South? Could be quite an eye opener for those that haven't seen pins within an event of this scale before.

Saturday and Sunday here too, coming up from London and staying at Mooseman's place like last year (hopefully also playing on his epic lineup again)

You'll be playing his epic lineup at the show. I think he'll only be left with IJ at his house. ;)

Bizarrely I might not make it, purely for financial reasons.
It'll be the first of the "big shows" I've missed in years.

I will be coming up Friday, helping where ever I can, sleeping at Mooseman and then staying the weekend. A great show, with a good group of people.
Saturday I will be dressed as Geoff the Ref and helping out with the NBA challenge so sign up for that and say hello.

I'm going on Sunday, my first ever show. Does anyone know will there be many pins for sale at the show, wondering whether to bring the trailor?

All weekend here from an early start to late finish. Going to be busy busy ! :)

I'm going on Saturday. Plan is to test drive as many as possible so I have targets for my next purchase :)

I'll be arriving on Friday afternoon to help set stuff up, including a couple of my games that will be coming up separately in a van from the Midlands. I will be staying until mid Sunday afternoon.

I should have at least one game up for sale at NLP. ;)

Looking forward to this show, and it should be even better than last year with more pins to play too! :D:cool:

even better than last year

that will be tough, as last year this was fantastic, every bit as good as the other two biggies ie The Slam (Worthing in March/April) and The Party (Daventry in August). this site needs a proper calendar feature so everyone can see the public shows as well as the local leagues and special events that take place.

Well I am part of the the organisation committee so its a year of meetings and such, but yep 2 days of repairs and general pinball madness :p

I'm there from start to finish.

Just loving all the coments on how much help will be on hand, its very humbling to hear all the great comments.
Thanks guy's.

1st timer here, staying all weekend, looking forward to meeting people from the forum and getting to try some pins I have only seen pictures of

I'll be there on the Sat for the show - and the Fri and Sun at some points I guess, dropping off and collecting a pin..looking forward to it

Im going to spain, the keys under the mat guys!

Hell no, ill be there for the lot. Along with mrs Moose.

Less than a month n counting.

I'm there all weekend with the family! Is there a charity raffle? I can bring a couple of prizes along.

That would be great Matt, thanks. We are running a tombola on Saturday and Sunday with proceeds going to Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT). Last year the NLP presented TCT with a cheque for £2000 after the event and then with other donations think the final total was around £3000.

Anything gratefully received, pinball related or non pinball, as the tombola is open to anybody who attends the event.

Cheers
Steve
