I am refurbing the door on my Space Station.



These mid to late 80s system 11s have ridiculously complicated and expensive doors.

The sheer number of parts, pressings, castings, fixings, microswitches, coin validators ......


The WPC era doors and coin mechs that followed are such an improvement, and must have saved Williams a fortune. And they are much easier to redurb.

80’s Gottlieb doors were like vault doors. Works of art in their own right.
