hi pin folks,any ideas on how to put your initials on pin when you get a highest score,and why cant i lower the volume be low 8,and one last thing why does the power ball come into play on a regular basis,

Flipper buttons move the cursor, start button to enter character. If this isn't working you might have bad flipper optos or they might need cleaning with a dry paintbrush or the black plastic interuptor adjusting.
"Minimum volume override" is a setting in Adjustments -> Standard Adjustments. Look for A.1.28 and set this to YES.
While you're in there check "Euro Score Format" is set to NO to swap dots for commas separating your thousands. Pet peeve of mine.
Powerball will cycle though the trough until you bank it into the Gumball machine. Doing this will give you the Powerball Payoff multiball with jackpots on the mini playfield. Tricky but lucrative.
If you have a powerball in play there are many advantages during normal play, for example in Sprial mode you can bypass all the loop magnets for a breakthru bonus. In multiball any jackpot will be doubled by collecting with powerball.
Generally speaking though you want to get it back in the gumball asap. It's fast, dangerous and unpredictable.
