Yeah it's a bit early for this but I'm bored.

So who here is going this year?

I couldn't make it last year so I am going to make it up for this year by drinking twice the amount of beer. I am thinking about staying over somewhere close by as I am bringing a game and so will have to drive there. If I have to drive back my beer drinking plans are already scuppered!

Oh, and I won't just sneak about in the background quietly playing all the games like I usually do. I will try not be my usual miserable, unsociable bastard self this time and will make the effort to meet some more of you fellow pin heads. :grouphug:

I'll be there. I put in a brief appearance last year and I loved the atmosphere and set up. I haven't pledged a pin yet but I will do when I've got my leave rubber stamped. It'll be one off my signature list. Might bring ES as it has Mr Squires LEDs installed

I'll be there Saturday and Sunday....just booked myself into the local Travel Lodge for £24 :thumb: If I can fit FT into the car (and I get it finished in time) then I'll bring it along if there's space. I'll be testing out the pin hauling capabilities of my VW Polo when I have to get the cab over to my Dads for prep and re-decaling

Swavesey's only been announced 2 days, your best chance might be to ask Mark Squires if he has any flexibility. he posted a thread in the yahoo group a week or two ago asking for any dates people couldn't do, but he is a sensible chap so he will be amenable to any logical arguments, as it's not long ago chosen

good luck. would be good to increase the number of UK shows by not clashing wherever possible

Problem is always gonna suit/not suit someone. This was always gonna be a problem with the proliferation of pin events/meets etc ...clashes almost inevitable. For me personally another weekend in June/July might write it off for me So be it , if it gets changed I guess.
