selling a bunch of stuff from the games room, no apologies made for just repasting some text previously used when i last tried hawking some of this old junk at NLP six months ago
some legs (Bally Williams 28 1/2" long). a bit of rust but would clean up nice. £30 SOLD
transformer from Sega Space Jam £30 (assuming @PinballDaze can find it, last seen on his stand)
groovy hand scanners, i think it's this one here, for some reason i have three of these buggers so obviously i need to sell two of them. this is a cool piece of kit, it's wireless (obviously) and i think it takes one triple-A battery or something; you move it across your playfield or cabinet or colleague's boobs or whatever, and it captures it in a file. attach to laptop and there it is, for printing or vectoring or enlarging or whatever. i used it to scan a playfield to make some waterslide decals, it worked a treat. recommended. who am i kidding with 'for some reason', i know exactly why i have three - i bought one late at night whilst pis$ed, the next day i forgot and bought it again. after a month i remembered and contacted them to say it hadn't arrived, they said sorry and that they'd send a replacement, two weeks later three turned up on consecutive days. anyway, two for sale at £25 each, new unused unopened, in original packaging. ONE SOLD, ONE LEFT
power box from Sega Space Jam, with working line filter, on-off switch, fuse and varistor. the plug from the wall goes into this thing, to protect the machine and the house electrics from each other. £20
some Gottlieb flipper coil end stops. £3 or one pint of beer. SOLD
some brand new ratchet straps. this is the source. it's the endless type, not the one with a hook. 5m long, 800kg strength, £2.50 each, think i have about twenty. priority given to anyone who asked to pick some up from me at NLP - @J.C.Rox @Marvello @Adrian Hufton
some pallet wrap. strong 23-micron stuff that @Sgt GrizZ recommended. lasts for ages, 250m long per roll, and the extended handles are a must. 6 of these for sale at £5 each, priority as above to @J.C.Rox @Marvello
some plastics from RFM, look like unused NOS to me but i'm not married to that or promising it, £10
issues 1 and 3 of Pinball Telephonedirectorymagazine, £10 each or both for £16, first refusal to @Tilt_Birmingham as he expressed interest before NLP
a bunch of PinGameJournal and Pinball Wizard magazines, £3 or a pint each, first refusal to @Arv as he wanted them before NLP but we never met up SOLD
some kind of red screen for the DMD i think? i dunno, i bought it years ago probably while drunk, maybe someone here knows what it is and what it's worth. let's try £10
huge spheres that look like pinballs, with reflection of devilishly handsome chap in them (don't worry, they will reflect you if you buy them). the bolt and tape measure are there for scale, they're the largest you could buy, 18cm i think, back when i bought a bunch of them to roll about in my tiki hut on the astroturf looking like pinballs. i think i bought them from a place that sold them as garden ornaments or something, but i've seen people adapt them to use as a topper, as a trophy, and as a fetching hat. ok maybe the hat was a lie. here are some on ebay, look. they're incredibly heavy, weighing about ten kilos each, and made of platinum. actually that was another lie, they're hollow. so roll up, roll up, buy your pointless spherical shiny object here. £8 each SOLD
Scared Stiff eyeball shooter rod. looks grisly and amusing, if you are amused by such things. i like it but have since replaced it with the even better lit-up floating eyeball version, lovingly custom made by @Mooseman so i don't need this any more. £15 SOLD
some cash boxes - 2 of the type with no grooves in and no lid,4 3 of the type with grooves in and no lid, one with grooves and the metal lid. £5 each or £8 the one with a lid
manuals for Shrek,TFTC, LOTR and Family Guy. if you bought my Shrek or a TFTC and didn't get a manual then let me know, as i don't keep these things back to try to gouge more money on later, can't remember if i gave a manual with the games or if these were spares. otherwise all £20 each TFTC and FG sold
rubber mask of Worf from Star Trek TNG, £25. that white in the eyes is just wadded up newspaper balls to keep its shape. perfect for any family occasion, or even for playing your STTNG in, assuming you don't mind the fact that the eyeholes on these ****ing things never line up with actual people's eyes unless you're Uma Thurman or Marty Feldman.
Gollum from Lord of the Rings, as above. i'm gonna regret selling this i know, as i've never seen a better one. £30. what? don't judge me!
playfield glass, two sheets, £20 each. if you're first then you can pick, but they're basically the same, decent quality, hardly any scratches. Creech not included.
some 3-core flex to replace the power cords on games with retractable ones (not the removable kettle leads on, i think, mostly BWS games). i'm not selling the whole roll as it's sometimes called on when i get a game that's had the cord yanked on or with the insulation damaged, but i'll never use all of it so am happy to cut you off a piece or two that's 6-8ft for £5 each if any interest.
flyers forAlien, ALIEN GONE Batman 66 and Ghostbusters - free to whoever asks first, on the proviso that these are not being given away for someone to sell on ebay. i'll be making some tiny marks so i can look at any that come up on ebay for sale, and if i catch you, i will name and shame you!
speakers just taken from Creech (WPC-89, Fliptronics 2) fully working but just replaced by some upgraded ones from Keith @new forest pinball so no longer needed. £10 SOLD
possibly more to follow.
