Stranger Things Re-run

After seeing one or 2 comments on here about the possibility of Stranger Things hitting the line again, it has me a little excited. I would expect a fresh update on the code to include the later seasons and maybe some tweaks to the playfield to incorporate the later seasons a little.

Just interested to get your opinions on whether it’ll happen and what you think might happen with it, gameplay wise.

I can't see that happening either. And it's hard to imagine them opening up negotiations over new IP for playfield changes either.

The more pertinent question is probably why would they? That's all cost and effort, when it would sell quite happily without going to any of that effort and expense.

I agree. It would sell very well. Imagine the hysteria incorporating the final episode though.

I think theres good arguments both ways.
1/ easy to run what they already have and just tweak existing design. Will sell regardless.

2/ amazing opportunity with so much extra content that could be included and learn from the original and surpass it.
And sell regardless.

If I was Stern I’m pretty sure which I’d go for.

right now it isn't coming because of license issues. That could change but the only way of making that change would make my 007 60th look cheap...

My comment was a nod to his self lacing shoes. Thought I should clarify in case you thought I was calling you a chav. It really would be a great theme. I’d be straight in LE on a Goonies or a GB vault. It’s an exciting time for pinball at the minute. Shocked it took me 42 years to realise how great it is.
