Wanted Stern spike boards - non-working

Looking for spike 1 / spike 2 boards with any kind of fault. Both CPU boards and cabinet/playfield boards.

Price negotiable depending on the board and fault - let's say nominally £150 for a CPU and £50 for others.

Just to piggyback on this, I’m looking for Spike1 CPU if anyone has one please!!

Hard to get - I needed a replacement CPU Spike 1CPU board that I had to pay a lot of money for via electrocoin....

If I didnt send the old one back within 2 weeks - they were going to charge me £600 extra.

This is due that Stern do not want any of them out. Sure electrocoin put them in the bin!

Thanks, that's a bit too pricy though. I don't need a new replacement for a machine, just something to tinker with on the bench. I'll probably end up getting some other devkit with the same SoC... If I can find one in stock!

No worries thought it wouldn’t be any good for you but might help anyone else looking especially the spike 1 cpu.
Crazy situation though for such a new system.

I doubt very much you will find one cheep I think if you are wanting one it would have to be new and even finding one of them is not going to be easy

I was kinda hoping someone had a broken one gathering dust in a parts bin... Wishful thinking I guess!

I would think most broken ones would have been replaced by electrocoin on an exchange basis
