Having recently bought a Spiderman I rather like the idea of fitting a shaker motor to it. Before I go off and buy a new one I was wondering if anyone has one that they arent using and want to sell?

I believe Phil Palmer used a B/W shaker in his AC/DC, lots cheaper too.

There must be a bit of tinkering to get them to work, the stern one comes with a little PCB. Does anyone know more about how to use a B/W shaker with a Stern?
I think I still have a shaker motor PCB, somewhere...

Yes they do, I have a Bally/Williams shaker in my Spiderman.

I put an order in last year for a shaker board advertised on Dave's site.
He said he had just sold the last one but said he was sure he had another knocking around.

What do you need exactly to to get this working? Is it just the motor and pcb and then it's plug and play?
Basicly yes.
Bonus is that Spiderman already has the wiring ready to plug and play.

Thanks. Problem now is finding a B/W shaker motor, doesn't seem to be any on eBay, PH only has sterns.....

I have 3 B/W shakers but they are all planned to go in games I think. IM, LOTR and MM all require shakers fitting at some point, most of my other games have shakers already but I might try the Gottlieb shaker in JM

Bought a shaker motor off ebay and just fitted it. Working fine but have a few rattles which I guess is probably common. I can't see a way to run the motor from the menu to make it easier to track down the rattles, obviously awkward while playing on your own. Is there a way to run it from the test menu?

Only played a little but mainly seems to be whenever you hit one of the bad guys.
Update - I don't have any boards or motors left. Won't be getting any in either.
