So ive just picked up my "new" game (not mentioning what it is, nor who it's come from - just because it keeps you all guessing!)... however is the first LCD game that ive had. It's only a "pro", but good enough for me!

Am trying to work out if insider is worth it. There was me thinking they would be around £150... yeh right.. I spend most time playing on my own, so again - not sure if it's worth bothering?

Thoughts and comments welcome!
 
For me it's nice to have but currently feels under underutilised, although I've only had limited experience with it on Godzilla, and on public Pins it was handy to record what score I'd got.

I think it largely depends on what game you have Paul. The newer titles probably benefit from IC more than retro fitting it on an older title like Deadpool for example.

There were some neat upgrade features on Wick & Venom which ultimately improved the gameplay
 
I would probably add it, but depends if you actually care about it and/or are willing to spend £250 for the kit

It depends avengers the insider connect unlocks a mode, I don't believe any others do.

The trophy thing depends on your personality if you love chasing Xbox / playstation trophy 🏆 then it great, if you think there a waste of time or even what the 💲💲 then leave alone.

If it's a pro missing then there only a couple it coultbe avengers, iron maiden
 
Ok.. Machine is IMDN Pro.

feeling i am getting is not worth bothering, however i may well take Kev up his kind offer if it at least doesnt detract from whats already there, and set it up as home teams :)

Question - does it still mean that any guests i have around i can still play against with only me being logged in?

It's not that it's not worth bothering, with iron maiden I don't believe it add any unlocking of code.
It all depends if you're the type of person who enjoys and spends the time unlocking trophies in games.

If you spend ages trying to get that elusive trophy then It might add value, in the sense your chasing a goal so then game has more longevity.
At £250 its alot a debate I'm having whether to bother getting one for avengers, although with avengers it unlocked code with the three drop targets.

I can borrow a qr scanner what type of SD card and dongle compatible please?
 
Still having issues with the IC on my GZ Prem. worked the first few days and now forever getting the "not connnected" message. I've reseated the dongle, cleared the WiFi password and re-entered, isolated the 2.4gz and 5gz WiFi signals and still not connecting.

Other than reinstalling the SD card or buying a new dongle, I'm out of ideas
 
Gotta be worth trying another WiFi dongle. Think all mine were about £8 on Amazon. My Foo Fighters was struggling with the stern WiFi dongle, I swapped it with a cheap dongle from a machine closer to my router and both machines are happy now. So the cheap Amazon 1 is better than the stern 1.
 
I bought a Stern Insider kit for my Star Wars. The instructions say connect it to Node Board 8, but both RJ45 ports are in use?

Anyone had that before, and how do I get around it? Can I temporarily unplug one to register, then plug the original back in?
