That’s two pins in the last week I would of taken if I was quicker - this and the junkyard. On the bright side it’s 4k I still have that I probably shouldn’t spend anyway!

I might have joined the race if it wasn't in the parts section :)

Just hope it don't get flipped at that price :(
If seller and buyer are happy in a transaction then that's the end of it. That then resets for the next sale imo.

I don't have a problem with what is called 'flipping'

We are all in the same big bad world.Hostages to fortune and circumstance. All our lives can change in an instant, a flip of a coin, a snap decision.

If I buy a pinball machine (or anything) at what others perceive to be a bargain price - then that's my good fortune. Unless I keep that game forever, the likelihood is it will get sold on at some point for 'what it is worth' and *someone* will be making a few pounds.

Agree totally - same as any other purchase:)

Although have got irritated over the years at the hypocrisy regarding flipping! Double standards and all that.

I remember listing a game for sale on the old yahoo group ( for less than my cost ) and getting all manner of grief from so many posters for the price as it was 'way too high' according to the 'experts'.

Over the years I learned that most of those posters made a ton of money flipping games!!

But, hey it's only frickin pinball at the end of the day :D

Deep stuff, Grizz.

I've paid too much for machines and made a loss and I've got some bargains and made a few hundred quid. I certainly don't feel obliged to sell a game below market value based on what I paid for it.

It would be nice if pinflation came to some kind of halt at some point though. I've always tried to keep the cost of games down when I've got a good deal. Especially on the forum. I want people to want to sell a game to me again
