Star Trek (Stern) vengeance kicker question

Hello! New to this forum and new to me Star Trek machine. I have an issue where I will get balls stuck behind the vengeance kicker coil. There's nothing below the vengeance ship to stop the balls from hopping up there on occasion.

What am I missing here? I'd like to see how it's supposed to be setup but haven't found any photos of it online yet.

Any help is appreciated. I suppose I might have to just make something to block balls from going back there.

There should be a clear plastic over the top of the ball path to the magnet and kicker and also a plastic at the front where there are 4 screw holes.
I suspect you’re getting air balls off the magnet core

Thank you. I had removed the front one with the 4 screw holes trying to get a photo of the coil. I suspect I'll have to make something as this one is gone.

I think the OP lives in the States so probably wouldn't use Mel.
