cheers andy,that would be ideal,its definately the #89 flashers i want & never seen any coloured ones about so will try this.Stan Simpson taught me how to colour bulbs. You get some small pots of glass paint, like these.

Then you hold the electrical bit of the bulb in a springy clothes peg and dip them in the glass paint bottle. You let the surplus drop back into the bottle then you can set the peg down on a flat surface and let the paint dry. Works really well.

on second thoughts will leave them awhile,the 5 euros i thought was postage costs was actually an added on fee for a low cost order & another 10 euros for postage,would have cost over £13 for two bulbs!Hi there
