Found it! SS insert decals

well after removing a load of dirty old
Mylar from SS I've knackered a couple
of inserts. I ordered some replacements from pinball centre but just had an email to say they're out of stock

Anyone in the uk got a spare set?

Yeah I saw those, was preferring a European seller but balls to it, I've just ordered them
