- Three owners, 1st sold immediately after limited edition black became available, 2nd passed it on straight away (dealer), been in my hands for 16+ years
- In very good condition, but not perfect

- Slight wear on Doc Ock kick out hold edge
- Slight wear on launch lane edges near plunger
- A few minor marks hear and there, need to look for them
- Spiderman triangle above top flipper broken - still in place, top bit removed but included
- Behind Doc Ock kick out - slight crack, still in place - not noticeable unless you look for it
- Web on Doc Ock kick out loop - cracked at the bottom (previous owner wasn't careful on changing flasher bulbs)
- Sandman cover plastic cracked at front (new replacement included in sale)
- Doc Ock/Sandman kick out loop clear side plastics replaced with metal versions from later version (they cracked and then broke)
- Some clear bulbs replaced with colour versions
- Intermittent sandman kickout sensor failing, doesn't happen very often, but replacement micro switch included as I know it will need replacing at some stage
- One pixel on display is failing
