What, so there is actually legitimate PPI claims being made? I just thought it was an excuse for tw@s to keep calling and annoying you all day long!
Stan @bartron made a fortune outta his PPI and bought himself a NIB pin - ACDC if I remember correctly - and that was years ago.
I got so fed up with all the PPI cold callers that I contacted all my loans / mortgages / creditors in the last 10 years to make a PPI claim myself personally (to avoid paying the commission companies their 30-50% for doing fack all except send a letter on your behalf), just in case. It forced them all to reply confirming I had no PPI, but at least it means I don't have to wonder about it any more. I used a template letter off t'interwebs.

It's a brilliant pin, I've got one on loan at the moment - you can tell why it's ranked so highly, just so much going on

I used the claim guys and got a massive cheque through last week, and still have 3 more claims pending, was easy to do although they do take 30% off what you get, it's worth a shot
