Space requirements

House hunting . I know I’m probably being lazy but does anyone know off the cuff what the width of room you need is for pins either side and gap in middle big enough for glass removal from one side at a time ?
I’m sure you do

Well I did say I was being lazy!
But it ain’t quite that simple as glass lifts off at end of rails not end of pinball and then legs angled back further than back
