Hi all,

Monday 4th I have a work meeting in Southampton, and will be going down probably on the Sunday night - does anyone know of any pinball paradises down that way so I can book a hotel nearby? Anyone nearby that fancies a couple of games and perhaps a curry?

Good luck with that James....pinball machines in Southampton on location is pretty much a big fat zilch!
We have attempted to site a few machines in Southampton, but all we found is everyone is sulking over how rubbish the saints are playing in the premiership, and how much they hate Pompey! ...and sadly the only reason people go to Southampton is for west quay shopping centre, ikea or to hop on a ship...:rofl: (this post is not to be taken seriously, it contains hyperbole and demands a certain level of discernment on behalf of the reader). :cool:
 
James, you'd be more than welcome over here to play some pinball. We're about an hour's drive from Southampton in Swanage. Free Monday eve or possibly other days.

Of course if you could possibly make it here by 11am on Sunday you could join in the Robot Bash. One space left! Appreciate unlikely given how far away you are but welcome if you can but comp does start at 11 for all players.

Let me know by pm if you want to come over some time.

Wait @robotgreg is Robot Bash on Sunday 3rd?

If it is - then put me down for the space. I will come down for that and stay the night in Southampton.

I’m in eastliegh and only have a Gilligan’s island machine at the moment :)
There are no pinball machines that I have seen on site in the Southampton area :(

My house has rollergames and indy500 think there's a spidey in the hobbit. Happy to meet up for a few games in the hobbit but the would need to ask the Mrs if you wanted to come here!
 
Hi all,
Just been on site to a barcode called Flynns. (Very original!. ) It is a hidden arcade/bar upstairs at olive , it has five video cab games. A cocktail video table and one pinball table SEGA Independence Day. Was a complete basket case, now plays a half decent game. Two of the flippers have been rebuilt. (Did not have enough parts with me to do the third). All game switches and features work apart from the alien head which needs a new "long" pcb. I am in the process of sorting this so will soon be a full working game in Southampton!!.....the only one sited I know of! Unbelievable.......staff were friendly and enthusiastic....worth a visit if you are in town.........planning on more pinball machines, will keep you all updated.......keith.
