Now Dave has sold his I have 3 sets of these spare. A few of us brought shed loads of them when (I think) Argos were doing an offer on them. I think I brought 10 sets and these are left over.

£25 a set delivered to the UK

Do they come with the spacer or are they are straight fit. Was there a noticeable difference in sound quality over the OEM speakers ?

If so I'll take the three :-)

Hi Matt,

I know I've missed out on this one but is it worth putting these in? Can you just solder them in or are they a pain to fit? Ultimately is it worth doing? Does it make the sound a lot better?

Hi Guy's

Sorry, been tooling about on my bike all day :)

Right, firstly these are provisionally sold.

John, they do make quite a difference. I fitted them in a G&R and they were noticeably better for not much £. Since then I have fitted the pinsound board so I got a matched set with a bigger sub for it as obviously with them you can adjust the bass etc.

You do need a spacer for one of the speakers (on Bally/Williams) but you can use anything like the black plastic posts that you use for lane guides for instance as long as it spaces them away from the grill. Just make sure you use the correct length screws! Obviously if you made a neat spacer like Manny used to it would be a neater job.

Thought I would jump on here rather than put into my list of stuff for sale on a separate thread. I have 2 sets that have just sat on the shelf since I bought them. £25 per set delivered. Only have Sterns now and not looking to upgrade speakers.

Cheers Tony

Now sold
