Been looking at fuses online and i have seen differnt type slow blow
For example been looking at 32mm 3A 250v slow blow and i have seen the usual type you see in your pins with the thin coil through the middle but then theres the straight wire with ball in center.. whats the difference?
Cheers

Slow blow fuses are used in applications where you may expect to momentarily draw more than the rated current. They will tolerate this for a short time but blow if the excess current draw situation continues. Non-slow blow fuses are designed to blow as soon as possible when excess current flows.
