Anyone responsible for these machines spotted on the semi finals of the Eurovision Song Contest tonight, on a rooftop in Liverpool.

just watched the clip, the bloke says it in Ljubljana which is in Slovenia

I must admit that after I posted I took another look and thought that the mountains in the background didn’t match the Liverpool skyline.

The sky was blue so definitely not in the UK!
