I have never serviced a slingshot on a pin. Do people do this if they are working? If so what parts do you replace?the plunger and link?

Thanks

I service them if i am doing a full strip down refurbishment the same as all the mexhanisms on the machine.

Usually fully dismantle and a thorough clean and reassemble with a new coil sleeve is all that is needed. Plus a tiny drop of oil on the pivot to lubricate. I can't recall ever replacing plunger and link or the bracket/coil stop. Sometimes the pivot brackets need replacing as the pivots wear and can also come loose.
