Bought this nearly 2 years ago on here, but can't find thread. Used to belong to Nigel Lunt? Think that was the name.

I have one game too many that I can't set up so reluctantly selling this one.

Not in a massive hurry as currently playing multiple times a day as it is very addictive.

I will do a good/bad summary with a ton of photos.

Good.

It's a Skateball! Fantastic player, especially trying to max out bonus and then collect.

Backglass - lovely mirrored original. Can see one tiny blemish in the red, but otherwise it's a beauty.

Playfield - It's pretty good - I can see some inserts have been touched in by a previous owner.

Plastics - none broken that I can see. I put new rubbers on.

Legs - I bought a new set of the correct Bally grey legs.

Flippers were rebuilt.

Game plays fast.

I bought a new backglass receiver bar.

Also a new rectifier board has been bought and added.

Also bought manuals/schematics with original cards etc.

Some drop targets were replaced with similar originals and all drop target banks were cleaned etc.

Has a new Altek power board.

Looking at things like the lockdown receiver bar, not rusty like some games of this era.

Bad.

When I got the game it had a habit of re-setting. One of the reasons a new rectifier board was added.

It's taken ages to figure out why it was re-setting. Found out it's coming from one connector - see pics.

Game is working at the moment but this connector or a 5V wire in it, needs re-pinning. I can't do this unfortunately.

There are 4 playfield bulbs that don't come on - I can supply the correct bulb holders but another thing I can't do.

Lastly the player 1 - 4 lights in the backglass don't light up. Never been investigated but most likely a wire needs re-pinning.

Playfield glass. Reckon it might the original 1980 glass! Heavily scratched, and if I was keeping would put a new sheet on it.

Probably forgotten stuff, but loads of pictures, including the back!

If anyone who is interested wants a whatsapp video of me playing the game, I will make one and send it.

Or needs any additional photos...

Martin been here or buyer can collect.

Price £2100.
