I have one as a trap door into my attic in the garage. It has a couple of small hinges screwed into one side but could be easily filled and and repaired.

Chris, I will get a look at it mid week when I get back home and let you know, I know the banana shaped insert above the flippers (shoot again) has a hole melted through it and I couldn’t get an insert anywhere.

I had the same trouble getting one for totan and gave up..i made a graphic to stick over it in the end..let me know and thanks again
