Got them stashed all over the country, only the one in the dining room and a few on site that she really knows about, think I own just shy of 30 pins
if she knew how much money was tied up in them don't think she'd be happy ...
Things started to get bad after I hit double figures. Currently have one stashed at someone else's house and another in transit (Oh, and two on pre-order). Wife no longer goes into the games room but seems to be under the impression I have 10 or 11 (not sure how she manages to miss the others). Her last rant was about why would anyone need 8, found it very hard to keep a straight face. Comments were also made the other day about why was our bank balance lower than she expected. Decided not to illuminate her on this matter.
I take some comfort in the idea that I can easily resell them if needs be. However, as my wife pointed out this would involve selling rather than buying:eeek: Tend to justify it to myself by looking at the cost in terms of the interest lost on the money rather than the capital tied up (20k on machines works out at less than £20 a week in interest which for a hobby is cheap compared to many). Gonna use this argument next time I get ranted at, sure I would spend far more than this if I went to the pub once a week. Not quite certain how the cost of repairs/plastics etc will get factored in....
Now, I know it's a typo but miss off the last l in the sentence above and combine it with Dan's earlier picture and it's a whole new level of trouble for Dan:banplease:
