Afternoon all,

I hope everyone has had a good week so far and has got their preorders in for Toy Story 4.... (fwiw, I think it looks like it'll be fun to play)

Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable shipping guy to use for when Martin is too busy?; another forum member and I are trying to do a trade (pin in Scotland shipped to me in London and my pin shipped up to Scotland) and it looks like Martin is really busy and we can't get hold of him.
Last time I received a pin I used Birmingham Transport, as Martin wasn't available then either, however they are currently our of action (I note they have received some negative feedback here and there, but have to be honest and say my experience last year was fine - maybe I was lucky)

Any help would be much appreciated!

Second for Allan at Amicus.

Also @waynej4 used a great courier to deliver my Space Shuttle, guy helped us get it in and set up just to ensure it wasn't damaged!

Forgot who he was though.

Do what I'm doing and agree to meet up halfway... No wait don't it's f'ing mad 😂

I can see it now, security guard at a motorway service station sees on the CCTV 2 people with vans meet up (even worse if it was dark), and investigates what shady deal might be going down. Could it be drugs, could it be tobacco, NO, its pinball machines - would make an after dinner story for the guard!

:-) if I could drive I'd consider it! Could get a mate to hire a van and do me a favour, but I'd imagine time on top of van hire/petrol etc might make it less preferable than just being patient.

I'd imagine Martin looks after his regulars and doesn't seem to answer the phone/respond to messages often if it's an unfamiliar number etc, which is fair enough I guess - just a bit frustrating is all.

Martin dropped a game off last night, I find calling is best way to get in contact with him :) He is super busy though as his brother in law is not currently helping him at the moment.

Happy to wait; I'll try calling again today 👍 Just coubsois that he's probably constantly vombardd with call and don't want his to feel lie he's being hassled:-)

He doesn't always pick up voice messages, always text him as well or simply call again... and don't bother at weekends, that's his own time.

Yeah, text & call.

I saw him on Tuesday and he wasn't going to get home until 8pm after setting off at 6am and I know the rest of the week was the same.

I'm pretty sure he just got home and crashed so he will get around to it.

Yeah he's crazy busy at the moment, Left mine at 8.15pm and had a 3 and a bit hour drive home after that! Was probably up at 6am as well.

Spoke to Martin earlier (very nice bloke) going to wait for him now for when he's next making a trip to the land of Iron Bru👍
Could take time, but based on the great feedback for him, will feel comfortable the pins will be looked after in transit etc (also gives me a bit more time to try and finally get to wizard mode on my machine before it goes - no success in a year so far!....:)

Thanks again for everyone's help - much appreciated
