Good morning pinballers, just a quick note for those who aren't following Majestic Pinball on Facebook so may not have seen this. I've been stomaching the so called cost of living crisis for as long as I can but going forward I've had to make a slight increase to my pricing, mostly affected are the callout charges.
I always pride myself on being one of the cheapest pinball techs in the UK - bringing affordable, quality repairs, servicing and support to pinball owners. Unfortunately the cost of merely existing now is increasing and because of this I have had to review my pricing. I've been told by many customers for years that I underprice myself so this is partially a cost of living adjustment but also an adjustment to my own self-worth. Please see below for our new pricing applying to all new bookings going forward from 24/10/2023. These changes only apply to callouts and workshop repairs will still remain at £30 per hour plus parts.
