Wanted Sega whitestar board

Hi all looking for a working sega whitestar cpu board, total longshot as I know there a rare find only ones I can find are new at £499, my X files has just started re setting randomly, hence needing a working board so I can hopefully send the old one of to be repaired and have a spare as 3 of my pins are all whitestar boards

what makes you think the reset is down to the CPU?

Hi Phil it looks like some previous battery damage marks on the tracks, I disconnected and re connected it all and it seems ok and the moment although the DMd seemed to mess around for a bit and go out, I'll have another look Tommor to see what's going on

Check the 5v on the CPU. They can reset like a WMS game if the 5v not solid. But if battery damage.... new board is the way forward.

Might be the better option, how much you selling it for? Guess I would have lots of spares then for sst and Godzilla to

It's a shame someone hasn't designed a harness where you could use one board for multiple machines, bit of a crazy lazy idea but would save having to swap boards over
